If you received Wrong or Defected Product, we’re here to help.

Returns 

  • You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 
  • An WhatsApp Message at +97-7807814951 is to be sent by you to  informing about your intention to return a product.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All tags and labels should be intact and in original condition along with the original invoice. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item this process can take upto 4 working days. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of electronic payment). The refund amount shall appear in your bank statement  within 10-15 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

For orders that were paid using cash on delivery, the refund would be initiated only for replacement  or we can offer you coupon code or store credit which shall be valid for upto 1 year from the date of issue of store credit.

Total amount of discount availed while placing the order will be deducted from the refund amount. The discount so deducted from the refund 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

But In Case of Replacement, We will arrange Shipping for Wrong or Defective Products.

Any discount availed with the use of Coupon Code while placing the order shall be deducted from the refund amount in totality. This deduction of discount (offered at the time of sale) from the refund amount shall be full and not proportional to the quantity or value of the return. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Custom Duties and Import Fees

Customs Duties and Import Fees vary from country to country. You are responsible for paying custom duties and import fees before of delivery goods to you. All orders sent as DAP shipments using courier mode.
